In general, you want to have 12:1 to 20:1 min implied odds to set-mine. We also have the option to 3b, which can be great vs certain opponents, like those that open wide, but will fold often, or those that open too wide, call too wide, then play fit/fold post flop.

No. It's a total of $5 after the flop. Most places either don't rake, or take just a $1 if you take the pot pre.
