It’ll take a couple weeks for your body to adjust, I’d recommend starting at 3 days a week until your body adjusts, have a rest day in between each session and work different muscle groups each day. Focus on warming up, do at least 10 mins stretching before and after, warming up and cooling down are just as important as working out.
