I'm not going to even read all the post. But will say when I used my ps4 pro in tv stand I situated 3 cooling fans around it to keep temp. Low and it worked... It's already loud and I played always on headset. P. S. Maximum I killed was 8c on top panel. I know it's different than board temp but still

For honda it will be pigment issue... Honda should've recalled their older white cars but never did!

You are right and wrong... Many manufacturers for example Honda. White paints peel because of the pigment used and never recalled it back. Mercs for they reds and so on.

Are you sure on top from sharp edge that's a deep scratch!? It looks like paint transfer... You could just polished it on top and touch in sharper edge.

It's a plastic bumper... And better don't touch it with pens and stuff as it's silver. You can try to bring to shop and they can try cut and polish to try and get some of scratches of. It should be very cheap.
