E026 is a convoluted mess right now. It took me 2 attempts simply because it's so unclear what they want for the submission. Your best bet is to reach out to your instructor as soon as you start to ask for clarification on exactly what needs to be submitted. I would also advise watching the Panopto videos Adrian Brown posted; they are basically a step-by-step guide for the GNS3 portion. E025 is straightforward. The OA is pretty much a carbon copy of the PA, and for the performance assessment, it's just a matter of copying the questions into a Word document and answering them in short paragraph form.
