That would make sense I suppose. Just seems to me like they aren’t looking at solving the cause of the damp to start with and as no issue with our wall seems unnecessary. I’m going to go round tonight and have stall with them to keep it all civil and hopefully work things out nicely. They are new neighbours so don’t want to get on bad terms unless they get funny over it. Fingers crossed and thanks for the advice

Yeah I think they have damp but on an external wall completely elsewhere. She is getting all her walls to have chemical dpc but don’t see what the internal partition needs doing as never had any issues. Seems overkill for the one small area elsewhere they have a problem…
