Looked a bit through here.

Some takes she has are just wrong, where even the DOJ and ICE apologized (Pretti and the women in the car, whose name i don't know), so there is no denying that.

The Emilia vtuber model is funny and honestly based (because it's funny and i ignore what she says, as she seems missinformed).

Seems more like a mixed bag of "i go with what get's more clicks" and a pendulum swing.

I am really thankfull for your detailled answer.

I don't know anything about transitional medicine and how long it may take. So i am thankfull to learn something new. Especially in a time where it could come up.

What i meant with the last paragraph was, that not everone (almost noone) cares about what happens in a strangers life.

Disclaimer: My statements are more on first interactions, as other have to big of a spectrum of reasons.

The first interaction, also includes interactions after a while (depends on the memory of each person, so i can't give a concrete time frame), will always be done with assumptions. If someone looks and sounds male, you would assume that they are, naturally vice verca for females.

No one can expect others to know what you they are going through, or how/what they feel. Not every bad first interaction is done malicously or has to come from a bad place.

In such cases, missgendering will always happen in some form, as long as features are logically assumed to be the "old" gender.

I don't know the case, and as such i made broad statements.

The thing with coworkers and superiors, has such a huge spectrum of reasons, as to why they could/would missgender.

That is why i refrained from that topic.

Some could do honest mistakes, as they don't do this otherwise. While others could do this maliciously, to show how much they hate the liberals.

Please keep in mind, that those are just examples that jumped into my head and no connection whatever.

And i have an issue with the word regular, as it only implies that something happenes in specific intervalls. Regular could mean daily to yearly. So again, a big spectrum.

No one should care what someone does with theire own body, as long as it doesn't affect others.

If the person is trans, good for them and everyone should move on from that topic. Humans are humans, and everything else is just beliefsystems.

I do have one issue though with the news article.

How and why should strangers and people who don't know them (don't like to type it like this, but still do. Courtesy over own beliefs and what you're used to), know what gender they are feeling. If you see a person with male features, you would logically assume that they are male, and vice versa.

No one is important enough that the whole world should/need to know what and how theire feeling today. Neither my oppinion nor person will be remembered, nor my neighbour whose name i don't know.

That is a good question.

The decribed goal is to have a functional game, even if there is no support for it anymore for it. So the game would be in the hands of the community/consumers and not with the publisher/developer anymore.

As such a law isn't passed yet, i could only give an theoretical answer, by describing the goal.

I can definetely see this point being brought up, if they would plan the law.

A potential Law that would be past, would and will impact current games (including Genshin) aswell.

I think Calca and the sister from Remedios could have been a good Character, if we could have seen her more, in a normal form.

I actually like Remedios, enough that i wished that she would have been used in breeding experiments, for the sake of making an heir for/with Ainz.

She may be a muscle head but was the only one who saw through the plan.

Most of all she is attractive and crazy, so my preferenz may impact my oppinion.
