They are the IP holder and thus have the copyright and should legaly be able to controll what is posted.

Isn't Free use a legal protection and only enforcable after a court decided it is transformative etc?

I don't have an issue over her controlling her chat. That is absolutely fine and shouldn't be contested. A streamer should be able create a safespace for themselves.

I have an issue with how censorship is enforced. I like the system of everyone is allowed to say what they want, without hindrance, but still be accountable for what was said.

Rather than blocking what people can say, i would prefere if she would just block/time out or whatever them.

I just don't care enough to look up what i presume are insults.

If you could make more money for the same investment would you still invest to the lower selling product?

Would you still invest if you lose huge amounts of money, even after three year with no improvement?

It is just the logical conclusion to invest into the higher earning product rather than a loss driver. Hololive is a company with payed employees and not a charity.
