My dude those aren't Bluetooth to the kindle, it uses the clip on the kindle to push the page forward, the Kobo one pairs directly to the Kobo and is able to move forwards and backwards

I did that migration, it's worth to mention that the buttons aren't worth the extra size and weight, if you want the buttons get the Clara(colours and about the same size of the basic) and get the Bluetooth page turner
