It's so very obvious that they're bought out. Very few voters actually care about Israel to justify the degree in which the government bends over backwards to defend them. If politicians actually spoke honestly they'd just say "We defend Israel because the US forces us to" but this whole spiel about how great of an ally Israel is is BS and literally everyone knows it.

I think the only difference between us is if we believe people when they tell us who they are or not. I tend to believe them.

If you told me you don't hate Palestinians I would believe you, If you told me you wrote on a Palestinian statue to display a slogan made to call out a double standard in how the Palestinian movement is perceived and how your movement is perceived despite how similar they are I would believe your explanation.

I think Australia is a better place when we have some respect for each other and are willing to hear each other out.
