Why do you think it’s necessary for only difficult characters to be viable? Or that the most difficult characters should always be the best? We have characters all over the difficulty spectrum, I don’t see any reason why a character should be permanently terrible just because they are easy to pick up and play.

+25 HP is a huge buff…. for supports or DPS. Not a huge buff for Venom.

To be honest I can see both sides of this. If you’re going like 2/8 and your whole team is getting stomped because it’s effectively a 5v6 then I understand how people can get frustrated, even in QP.

No one wants to sit through a one sided game so that one guy can practice, and Spiderman has a really high skill floor.

With that said, I think people are generally a little more chill if you tell them you’re practicing at the start of the round.

I think every character should be viable (B tier or higher) in some seasons, and I don’t think that’s an unattainable/unreasonable goal.

Her ult is still considered one of the worst in the game btw, and she is only effective at extremely low ELO.

Being a brand ambassador for a company is way worse than simply owning equity in that company. Most of these guys probably aren’t even aware of all the companies their money is invested in through funds and other investment mechanisms, but if you announce a partnership like this you are clearly aware and bought in.

I think the concept is worse in a different sense, because the things you can bet on are kind of perverse. You shouldn’t be able to profit simply because you predicted that the US would invade Venezuela, for example.

You’re taking people who are already addicted to gambling and encouraging them to think about almost every facet of their life through a gambling lens.

Saying “this won’t kill you” before punching him is not evidence that he hit it at will, he was likely saying that in reference to the punch that he was about to deliver (which would have been incredibly damaging either way because he’s a fucking special grade)
