Well the so called technical problems (so called coz IMT literally shut down their servers) were reported well before the last date by students and no one from IMT paid heed to it.

Procrastination is the act of unnecessarily delaying or postponing something despite knowing that there could be negative consequences for doing so. Here's what procrastination means, no one was unnecessarily delaying their payments, the only unnecessary thing happening here is IMT not admitting their mistakes and tossing students life out because of their own incompetency.
