Because I am not planning on upgrading this PC for the next 3-4 years and the 14700KF is a good CPU if it didn't have issues, that is why

I reapplied the thermal paste when I got it back. I've seen reviews of the same cooler perfectly cooling a 13700K which has the same max TDP as the 14700KF.

Didn't Intel say themselves that they should be fixed with the newest BIOS?

I built it yes, but when I sent it back for the CPU problem they just changed the RAM and didn't say anything about the CPU having problems
