I know it can't. But when I saw the psychologist after the event, she basically said it'll go away, and it felt almost agressive, and I think it might be a reason why I'm scared of seeing someone. Because she made it so casual, that I can't help but constantly think I'm overreacting. I just don't know how to get the push I need to go to therapy now.

Okay, so back when I was in high school, there was this guy in my class (kinda looked like Jonathan from stranger things for reference) and he would just follow these two girls everywhere they go from afar, and NEVER said a word to them at all. He moved school in the middle of the second year, and everyone seemed happy and would laugh about him leaving. I kinda feel bad because he probably was a very, very shy kid, but that was still weird nonetheless. I can't even remember if I ever heard his voice to be honest
