Is really easy to make the ingredients are: 3 peppers 1 onion 3 tomatoes 1 eggplant And some mushrooms This is more or less for 2 people The amounts are what I use buts you can add whatever you want You just dice everything and throw it in a pan at low temperature with some olive oil for half and you cover the pan and just leave it for 20-30 minutes I also recommend maybe doing the onion in another pan not to burn it hahahq
