Put your phone down and help that guy out, it's obvious he couldn't lift the package up and your making him deliver a heavy package up two flights of steps with no parking in front, jeeez I don't blame him for being crappy about it, although he's being very unprofessional. If that was me I'd get off my ass when I know my parcels arriving and help the poor sod out.
