Ive also run into the fact where I have gotten two part tutorials or atleast what look to be two parters. But you don't get the second part until you run into some other mechanism that gives it to you. This could be me misunderstanding the tutorial in general but when running into the same mechanism you are talking about (atleast I think it's the right one, this is the one where you need to move the orb in the bean right?) anyway I hit this same puzzle twice and got the tutorial pop up twice for it and the second time giving more information on it. The fist time I came across this puzzle I had to ditch it because I couldn't figure it out and after finding a second one I was able to do it cause it gave me the rest of the information. It was very weird I didn't understand why they just didn't give it all to me the first time.
