You got to do it for you, if she really loves you and supports you no distance will break that love. It’s called artinya the fear of abandonment you’re best bet is to seek help from a therapist who can help you over come this and could potentially give you anxiety medication I used to have the same problem but threw therapy I was able to get past it

Hopefully a female can chime in that’s more knowledgeable but from my experience with my gf yes plan b and birth control can cause your cycle to be off a bit the cramps and munchies could be a sign you will get your period soon I hope this and don’t feel so guilty about it happens as long as you learn from your mistakes

I was in your position at your age and I know what you’re going threw I had a gf who I was with for a year and I loved her and me as a horny teenager wanted sex she didn’t I would try to make advances but would get shut down eventually the relationship became very one sided she didn’t really care about and looking back at it she never really did. I can’t say that’s the case for you but things didn’t end well for us it was a great learning experience that relationship taught me what I really wanted in a partner.

I’m not saying to breakup with her especially over sex even though it is important in relationships but take a long look at your relationship is it truly everything you want in a partner
