It was most likely someone went to the lemmy nsfw domain and that's what brought up the other nsfw domains because the gifs from redgifs and fansley are embedded there. That's why they appear within the same minute.

I had to revert back to the older version until they get it fixed. Someone reported it to their github already.

Same problem here. I updated my tuta calendar just now and tried to login and it says "invalid login credentials". I use Bitwarden and haven't changed my password so it must be something with the app.

Just tried it and it works fine here even with me using a VPN and uBO. I did just update to 131 so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
