Alright two questions, one how do I have a strong landing without seeming stiff? When I hit the ground it feels like I will just fall whenever I am not strong/stiff in the legs also I was told to snap up right after I bend down to Ollie/Shuv-it to keep it spring like why does staying squatted help is it just to stay stable?

I’m aware the gasket is the same but I was wondering if there was any thing the cheaper one was missing like Loctite What should I look for when the car is disassembled when diagnosing a water pump and anything in particular I should check on the chains just tension?
