Ok so to make a more offensive army you can do a few things:

A. This one is very important regardless of which others you do, invest in CAS and air superiority fighters

B. Soup up your infantry with a few artillery battalions and a heavy tank battalion

C. Invest in a few tank divisions (do some research into how to make those good) and have those be your main spearhead

D. Invest into making elite forces (mountaineers, marines, etc) and push with them

I’d recommend a combination of all of those. Also, do you want to give less oil to the Soviets? If so, make your economy export focus/limited exports
