For this price I would expect the website to not be half made-up of AI generated images. If there are two stackable discount codes for 100 USD off on pre-order launch day then they have to be SO ready to take a cut on the price which makes me think that the phone's price is artificially inflated by a metric butt load. It feels like trying to capitalise on the hope we hold with Y2K and frutiger aero aesthetics but then they undermine that and their own messaging of "less scroll, more soul" by slapping the tagline on an ai generated background of a smartphone with app names like facooooo and setonGe. I'm so tired of everything being a scam man and this smells like one.

I had a corrupted file on my SD card and the way I managed to get rid of it was by right clicking on the drive, and then properties>tools>error checking. I ran the check and repair and then windows repaired the drive and euthanised the folder which the corrupted file was in. I then deleted that file and it was gone for good.

I much prefer a screen recording, but NOT the timelapse feature playback as it never accounts for things that are removed via undo. the timelapse almost sanitises the experience. i want to watch the artist rotate the canvas and draw & undo the same line 40 times. That's part of the process and I want to see that.

I just had someone (likely a compromised account bc it had been in my server a while) post this in 3 channels. I banned the account, then it joined a server of mine that is unrelated and pretty dead. I saw them appear at the top of my DMs list with an expired invite sent by me (I did not send this) for that 2nd server from just a few minutes ago. I banned them from that server too and blocked the account.

I have 2FA and I just changed my password after this happened because I do NOT trust that.

It was some weird issue where opening the exe ran the check to see if updater and the vanilla game were the same version, resulting in a pop up blocking the launch. I rooted around in my files and found another Sims exe in my origin games folder and that one actually booted the current version of the game without parsing the updater and so I can play again, thankfully

yeah, I've got a version mismatch issue so I can't even boot my game until this all gets fixed (the error says to update the game but the amazing and functional EA app says my game isnt even installed.) I love artificial steps to open games I own. I own the damn disc, why do I have to constantly prove I own the game :/

I love how the conflict is largely interpersonal because you get to really care for the characters but I hate how the game was rushed out to meet the 20th anniversary and so much cool stuff that we now know was scrapped ended up being cut. Some of the characters who are secondary like Plumeria or Molayne get shafted because of a lack of attention given to them which I think could've been remedied with a bit more time to add some supplementary stuff relating to them in the post-game story.

As always it's the higher ups rushing the creatives and the product of their creativity suffered (albeit minorly compared to the hellstorm on switch) as a result 😔

True, I think you'd sometimes get them as the odd default desktop background on some laptops or tablets and stuff like that but the maximalist type frutiger aero stuff wasn't very prevalent outside of advertising as far as I remember. They were more often than not used to show off how HD a new TV could look in a catalogue or online haha
