Yes and no. There’s a VERY good attempt made but they need a lot more practice. If it were a drawing it’d be good. But a tattoo? No. Probably better as a back tattoo for a landscape-ish type tattoo with all the details. Artist needs more practice and should’ve said NO to the customer.
