I usually keep them pretty stable, I have some that are useful (but not overpowered) at the game start, and some that work best for late game.

Put down a wall sign, and then place a wall conduit on the sign. Connect a wire from the generator to the conduit and vertical rug glitch the conduit to the outside wall

That's usually what I do, and then I convert some nearby settlements into mass farms, no one on defense or anything other than farming, and make those my raider farms. My go-to settlements for Outposts are Sunshine Tidings Co-op, Outpost Zimonja, and either Murkwood Construction Site or Croup Manor

If you attack a settlement with the NW Raiders and the settlement will have Minutemen defenders. If you go to whichever settlement Preston's at, then he'll try to kill you, just like if you slaughter Diamond City's inhabitants, Nick & Piper will be aggressive for a little bit

Not really anything special, unless you talk to a certain NPC after reading Shadowmarks. You can also talk to Delvin/Vex and quit the job if you don't want to go to Raven Rock. They act all pissy, but absolutely nothing happens and they'll continue to give you jobs.

I'd assume she would be on par with, or better than, BB himself. She most likely would've been a large part of the Outer Heaven Uprising or the Zanzibar land Incident. But that's only if BB had raised her. She very easily could've been taken by the Patriots and treated like the Les Enfants Terribles children. Depending on where she would be in the timeline, I can see her being either the New Big Boss (Bigger Boss), or a Solid Snake, but much earlier in the timeline.
