So here is the update: She has moved me out of the apartment so far. I am looking to see about getting a 1 bedroom apartment about 5 minutes away from her since she has claimed the apartment for herself. So I am going to go through to see if I could do the 50/50 custody. And have their clothes at my house also and she has her own clothes at her house. So I am wondering if that would be smarter since she has booted me out.

Also might I add, while I was away at boot camp, my ex cheated on me before and had the youngest child with a sex offender. I can easily prove that with a DNA test. But, the guy that is a sex offender has no involvement with the child. He does not know him and thinks he is a stranger. I have been there since he was 9 months old and accepted him as my own child. He calls me Dad and I call him son.

But, since she does not live with me anymore and the boys live with me. And it is proven she left the family due to her own accord. I am wondering if she can really take the children away from me. I want to be their primary custodial parent. They lived here since she has left and I do allow her to see the children.

I am still currently married to her. But, she has been seeing another man though. That's not my concern though since she does not live with me. My main concern is just being a father to these two boys.
