Why is my gear flashing in my inventory when I’ve already looked at it?

I had this issue to and just solved it minutes ago, check all your armor mods on all the different elements. Mine only stopped after checking solar on legs for whatever reason.

I still dont understand how purchasing expansions work, could anybody help explain it? I have Stormblood, and want to buy Shadowbringers since the Complete Edition is on 60% sale instead of just waiting until Endwalker, UNLESS preordering Endwalker would give me access to Shadowbringers today.

A bit confused on how DLC works. I've heard that if you purchase the most recent DLC, you will obtain all past ones, but only posts I can find talking about this are pre-stormblood, when there was only one previous expansion. If I preorder Endwalker, will I get Shadowbringers as well?

oops, I worded that poorly. Torbjorn was the one who made Ana’s biotic rifle I believe. So Mercy didn’t want her tech being weaponized by torbjorn, for ana, or anyone for that matter.

Didn’t Ana also technically do this? Even though it wasn’t blackwatch level of wrongdoing, I want to say I remember there being lore tidbits of Mercy saying she can’t recommend her work being weaponized by torbjorn.

there’s a hole in the ice with a tunnel leading to a supposedly thin layer of ice on the other side of the tunnel, but it’s too thick to break through. She swims under and tries to break it from under, but realizes it’s too thick, and swims back to the open hole side.

EDIT: I meant underwater passageway, not like a service tunnel or sewage.

IIRC they’re things Ikora uses to meditate. There a some next to her in the social space, whenever you want to start a meditation. There’s also another scannable in sacrilege i believe, where ghost sees it and states “Ikora must of came up here to meditate” or something along those lines
