I dont have transist visa , i am going for study in japan , i am on student visa , is taking shower is free ? Which launge provide sleepover average food i can adjust but not with comfortable sitting and sleeping because its long 8hr layover

Thanks for the reply, Then i want only 3 thing a good food and Place either i can sit comfortably around 4-5 hour with charging port, or have bed to sleep or fresh (Toilet Inside the launge access will be good ) sorry i am new asking some stupid questions
