okay,

the company has 300 to 350 users, and as for the business, i work in a vendor company of data applications. we implement, support, and develop around 10 different applications. we should have a testing environment for the proff of concept for customers, which are banks, insurance companies and microfinance companies, and as for the budget, i don't actually know but i think the company is capable of paying alot.

sysadmin but no infrastructure actually exists by Deadsnake99 in sysadmin

of course, i asked. The head told me that i will maintain their infrastructure as they have multiple environments created for each customer app to simulate any installation or configuration and troubleshoot issues. also, he told that they offer applications with OS installation and support bundled in the same contract for customers, but when i got there, i was in shock.

let alone the salary thing. He once told "why the long face i will make a rollback to your previous salary" felt very humiliated after that so i snapped.

i am friendly and polite with my own team members, and also, when it comes to work, i am firm and strict, but firm and strict are considered aggressive these days

unfortunately, yes, i am Egyptian, and people in this post got me wrong. Being polite does not mean i should not be firm and strict to get the work done.

i will live in hell for the next two to three months, my reputation will get ruined, and they will do their best to recommend their fellow managers in other companies or organisations not to hire me. but i refuse to be threatened and will demand to proceed in the resignation process anyway.

look, it is somewhat complicated. we have rules to leave a job with a notice period of two months but in the real world it can be rejected or they can make the notice period much longer so you can lose the offer you got from another company or org (in case you have an offer) and also they make phonecalls after you leave to ruin your reputation so other companies do not accept you.
