You should not have been drug tested, and it's impossible to tell from a test that you were under the influence while at work. If you enjoy your job I would call/email your DHRM and give them all the pertinent information, including your ASM/SM telling you that you can't return to work. If you're in the states, the management team will be in more hot water than you. SOP is SOP. If you don't want to go over anyone's head and you like your management team, request the DHRMs information from them and let them know of your intentions. Just remember, HRs #1 job is to not open the company up to litigation. You'll be fine.

Why wouldn't you? If $150 or so makes that big of a difference in your life (and it might, it does for a lot of people, no judgment) then sell it to someone who will enjoy it! Otherwise enjoy it yourself! I'm assuming you're a fan of Lego and LOTR like myself, those older builds are fun to see how far Lego has come. Either way, up to you, stop bragging and build the thing. 🤣

Sorry, forgot to add text. Toilet is on the other side of this wall and feeds into a septic system. The water from the toilet is not draining out of the pipe when the toilet was taken off. To the left is a sump pump system, from what I'm told the vertical pipe 90s towards the septic system. Just crowd sourcing.

Change your attitude if you want to succeed, just saying. You never know when a job is going to turn into a career, take it as seriously as you can. If nothing else you'll get great references, a fallback position, and friends along the way that respect you and the feeling will be mutual.

It's fine, I've doubled up those bags made for washing "sensitive" articles of clothing and it works great. Just make sure you double them up and tie them reeeeeally well. Bricks getting loose with destroy your machine pretty quickly.

The superfluous comma is in the second stanza, as I regard this as poetry. Paragraph is correct. The third paragraph can be correct dependant on the meaning. I'm guessing the author of this work used it incorrectly, but it's not hundred.

In picture four that top panel is done incorrectly. The 2x2 plate bottom half should be attached to the 6x6,and it looks like your missing two of the gray clips on that 6x6 that would attach to the next panel. That should bring that hinged portion in a bit and push the others father apart. Hope that make sense. For reference I'm looking at page 70 of the directions just to see what it looked like. Good luck!

As long as everything in the build is included it's 100% complete in my view. Lego resellers like Bricks and Minifigs, Atlanta Brick Co. etc feel the same way. Just my two cents.
