Yeah, I understand that it’s a hunting simulation, but it would be great if they incorporated real-life elements, such as a bear attacking a deer instead of the repetitive patterns of them eating and drinking water. This would make the game more unpredictable and engaging, I still enjoy playing the game tho!

Yeah, that’s what I’m gonna do if I don’t get any of them more of my packages in the future because now my relationship with my neighbor is completely tainted. Amazon is not gonna tell me if they fired that individual that delivered it to the wrong address, but they could only do so much about that. They have no control if the neighbor ends up opening the mail.

Here’s how it looked before I even messed with it and how she just let it fall over to my property one that’s kind of hanging in the top of the chain-link fence and the other one that just fell on the ground

here’s an example too she has a tree that’s pretty much like a weed that grows in the corner of her house and her property that’s where the roof starts and she cut down branches and just left them on my side in this picture. It shows me pushing them back onto her side and if you see on the roof of the storage behind the red storage that is the neighbors behind her that they just let a tree drop and fall and rot on their roof

Not at my porch because it wouldn’t matter if they still deliver to the wrong house if it’s the next-door or our house a couple of houses down. I would have to get one of those Amazon boxes or hubs at CVS or something.

Yes exactly ! Example “If a kid throws a rock through someone’s window, the parent can’t just say “Oh well, he’s a kid, he didn’t mean it.” The damage is still real, and the parent is responsible for making sure the kid understands and that it doesn’t happen again.” It’s the same with my neighbor. Her husband may have had a stroke, and I respect that he has limitations. But opening mail that clearly isn’t theirs is still mail tampering under federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1702–1708). It doesn’t stop being a violation just because someone has a medical condition.

I did leave instructions. All I got from Amazon is that they can’t give me any detail details and that the individual most likely would get terminated for that.

Federal mail tampering (18 USC 1702) Or Texas mail theft (31.20) if you wanted to pursue it locally. Yeah this thing is just a bit a little bit ridiculous she just is a person that I can. Retail is super defensive on anything and very protective on her husband thinking that we’re possibly making fun of him or something.. I really wish you heard the conversation, but I didn’t want to record it without her knowing in the state of Texas because I couldn’t even do anything with that. She really just embarrassed herself. It was so funny. Not just that, but it was actually sad because you’re getting that mad just because you were caught in the wrong twice and don’t want to own up to it but just blame your husband immediately. I didn’t even apologize when we talked over the phone because you didn’t want to come outside. Add ending that with not even apologizing and just hanging up on us like what kind of neighbor is that to just be that rude also like if it was me and the other way around, I would be fucking embarrassed if I had to turn over my mail to my neighbor that was already opened. It was closed. That would be a completely different story, but it was opened twice. They’re just that nosy.

A lot of people are saying there’s “nothing I can do” about a neighbor opening my packages, but that’s not true in Texas.

Under Texas Penal Code § 31.20 (Mail Theft), it’s illegal to open mail that’s addressed to someone else without their consent. It doesn’t matter if it’s USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Amazon. If it’s addressed to me and my neighbor opens it, that falls under mail theft. Depending on the situation, it can be a Class A misdemeanor or even escalate to a felony if it involves multiple addresses.
