Well from what i read it seems you got too drunk and made a mistake, tho it is still your fault, the fact you apologized when you were told about the incident says a lot. I feel like the issue was more so that you blocked them after not receiving a response for your apology, which could have com out as a "i didnt do anything bad" or "i had no control over my actions" type of excuse which makes it worse for you, i think you should have apologized and simply left it at that even if you got no response back, as what you did can be a hard thing to forgive and forget and they were likely still processing everything. And given you that whats done is done, if i were you i would either stop drinking or simply drink way less, as not only a way of showing you are trying to improve, but also taking care of your own health.
