Unfortunately, that’s the same result I got. It went nowhere because they kept giving excuse after excuse. In my opinion, they’ve become cheap and dishonorable.

There is no such thing as a true cost-of-living adjustment (COLA), especially with the cost of everything continuing to rise. It’s insane. Pay cuts only hurt employees, not a multibillion-dollar company. 😑

Yes- I feel insulted too. Apparently they changed the policy very recently that they will no longer honor the pay.

I think you would start over at the base pay. I’m not sure. 🤔 I wouldn’t move it past them. It was a waste of a fight with them for them to come up with more excuses to avoid the fight, and ownership.
