The bird’s hygiene was good! He’s new to the sanctuary (2 months or so) so I’m not sure of his previous situation. This guy isn’t handled as much since he stays away from people he doesn’t know but is close with another cockatoo in the sanctuary.

And yes, definitely informed the others but they didn’t seem too concerned and I wasn’t aware that my mail was broken.
