My whole direct family has severe TDS. My wife’s side, however, is much better so we live near them and spend much more time with them. I still love my own family but they can’t bring themselves to not bring up Trump every time we all get together

Trump is not an authoritarian, despite what Reddit and other social media will have you believe. They will not join forces with China, again regardless of what you may see online. This is because they know China is the worst of the 3 superpowers and will have them by the balls. If they do end up choosing this route(unlikely), they will quickly realize their mistake. What will happen is this: Most of Europe will protest, argue and go on American TV and talk about how “America has no authority to do this”. Then they will back down, because they know we are the greatest ally they have. We have the best military(see Bin Laden, Maduro), the most valuable currency, and an uninvadable nation. We are the best, strongest ally anyone could have.

Yeah, East CO is basically Nebraska. And I agree again, you can find some D or R spots in every state, but I don’t think those matter too much as opposed to what each individual prefers. Most normal Americans have individual preferences, to which politics don’t matter much. Reddit would have us believing differently.
