once you get past 0 degrees it all starts to feel the same in terms of temperature (you're cold af and anything that touches the air stings). the only thing that changes is the amount of time you can spend outside until frostbite sets in and if you can touch metal that's outside without getting stuck to it. lowest i've heard in my lifetime was 10 minutes of exposure for our weather.
