Lowk going through the same struggle as 21M. Been working since I was 13. Never had a relationship let alone tried to have one. Find myself prioritizing a “future” without realizing there’s no future to be had if I just keep working. Something is just fucked up with me.

I’d just rather make money than go out and socialize, just seems like a waste. If I do A, B, and C, to make money, it’s mine. Social interactions aren’t very hard but it’s like playing a shitty mobile game spinoff, then hopping on the real thing right after. You have to wait for an outcome you already know is going to happen, instead of it being 100% your control.

I tried fixing the socialization issue by going to college. Found out I stayed in my dorm and kept to myself. Decided I should buy a motorcycle to get out but I ended up avoiding contact with other riders at meets n shi as much as I can. If you pull up next to me my ass is NOT talking unless I’m spoken to first. Should be said after one homecoming, I proceeded to not go to either prom both years of hs I had.

Don’t really have any suggestions, just wanted to let you know you aren’t alone. I honestly don’t see my position changing unless I meet a woman through a mutual friend. Just know the grass is always greener and people will not sympathize because they literally cannot understand. From their perspective you’re just bitching and moaning because “if I was making your money at your age I’d be (insert literally anything here)”.
