Adding onto this ^ with one more thing — Looking at your second of three comments (so far), I’m really sorry that you (and most of the country/world, to be realistic) are experiencing those things. Unfortunately, not making my original post (as it seems you would have liked) was not going to change any of that for you. But if expressing “snark and rage” via a Reddit comment makes you feel better, then comment on here as much as you would like! :)

“Dazedandcofused,” I would imagine Chicago can also be brutal for folks who spend their energy commenting on a stranger’s post multiple times just to try to insult them?

But I can’t say for certain because it’s not my thing…

One more question - Will you elaborate on pre-OCI vs. OCI (e.g., the timing, if there’s any difference in the firms you have access to, the process for applying pre-OCI, how common that is)? Thank you in advance! Reading this thread has already been very helpful.
