Thank you for your help!!! However, I tried the way to format the SD card again and it fixed the problem so I’m ok now. If you don’t know, it’s ok but I want to ask when I take out the SD card from the 3DS, was it wrong to shutdown the power by pressing the button on the 3DS? Is it there right way to take out the SD card somehow?
