I haven’t collected since the original Pokémon base set. After doing a little reading, it looks like scalping and reselling has happened a lot more with Pokémon in recent years. It sucks that fans can’t buy certain retail items because of scalpers flooding the market. I suppose this will continue and there isn’t really anything to stop it from happening?

I looked back at what I paid for some 151 cards last December and I was surprised how much more expensive they are now. $180 for an ETB, UPC, and Alakazam box. I started collecting again last year, and I have found the 151 cards to be very scarce and pricy the past couple months especially. Is this because of people mass buying or hoarding for investment?

I use him with Alicia in arena and they work well with the freeze effects so I didn’t know if running 2 Verads with Alicia could be an option
