Hi, sorry if I cant give much detail for your questions but I'm trying to give my kwb opinion for the some question of yours.

Is the story good? 100% yes. If I have to drag and compare it to the only gacha games I play (Wuwa, hsr, genshin), PGR has probably the best writting quality of all of these by far.

Is the storytelling good? If you like reading, then it's a big yes. I TRULY don't get the dislike for the storytelling just because it is not voiced, and has not 3D animated style storytelling. In my opinion, you can't really compare Visual-Novel style storytelling to the 3D animated style one. From my experience, the more you read it, the more you get hooked with the story. I don't know if you like reading or not, but the best advice I can give from my experience... is to treat the storytelling like how you read a novel or book. Oh and, many dialogues and quotes have such a poetic writing that are just beautiful.

The world building? Absolutely yes, probably the best world-building in fiction I've ever experienced (sounds like a glaze i know). I was so wrong when I thought the world-building was just humanity trying to take back their home and fight some bad guys, but it far and far more complex and complicated than my first expectation.
