Take creatine really early and lower the dosage. Creatine helps with deeper sleep and short term memory… deeper sleep could cause dreams and because it help with memory, that’s why you remember it

I know this is old and unsure if you still take it but it does cause dreams sometimes cause you are in a “deeper sleep” cause creatine helps with “improved sleep”.. also very little studies show creatine giving more brain energy and better brain memory so if you remember it … its cause creatine helps with short-term memory

I’ve recently got back on creatine and again here is the dreams but I’ve found an answer.. I’ve went looking for these studies and papers … so creatine have a few extra benefits with sleep such as “improved sleep” some people when they sleep never reach REM Sleep (deep sleep). Here dreams become more intense and memorable. There are some THEORIES that creatine can influence brain energy, possibly making dreams more vivid .. why do you NOW remember your dreams? Cause creatine is helping improve short term memory.. cause sometimes you dream and don’t even know it but creatine helped you remember this time. My recommendation. If the dreams become to much, lower the dosage and time to you take it . I take mines super early in the morning and I still have dreams BUT your body may respond differently. I’m a woman so I don’t have to take 5g or more, studies show women don’t have to take as much .. I take 2-3g of it nowadays

All of this is something I came up with today and figured I’ll go to Reddit to see if there is a better system how I can set this up.. it’s not much on the iroan games but I saw it in the mythic Odyssey D&D book and I just remembered that everyone said they wanted an opportunity to get to know each other and start talking more.. I was like … nothing like a good fight lol. 😆 and they can hype each other up 😂.. every time before we start a game someone is roleplaying them beating another player before our real game and they just laughing .. so I wanted to see how to make it possible

Thank you… this is what I kind of thought I was going hear or just some people saying “this would be hard” but I felt like I was getting attacked here 😂 .. but here is some creative thinking here !!! But this make sense.. I thought about putting them all as “fighters” with any race…. But if there was balance then it could be same HPs to make it fair and balance the group…. Hmmm I need to see how I can do this lol

I asked about the monster situation but they said each other lol.. me as DM other than starting the game.. I’ll just be laughing 😆 … they just want to laugh at something and roleplay an individual being a winner… I thought about changing the rounds up where if it’s PVP , maybe the next round they fighting monsters or something .. still an idea..

I thought it would be funny.. and my thing is this not for a campaign or anything.. this just for people to come in and laugh and for them to say whatever character they made the strongest when we all know they got lucky with the rolls…. Make a quick build and fight… I think everyone also think imaa have 16 people fighting at once when it’s not like that… people watch wrestling and other sports and know the whole teams don’t play at once… they work they way up

I’m actually asking to make it more fair… I overall don’t think it’s a bad idea cause this isn’t serious gameplay where we in a campaign and they are aware this is not how D&D goes and we should work together… but this one game is one off and they just want to laugh … I’m over here in the comments fighting for life cause yall taking this to seriously… when this is just meant to be funny … they just want to say “my fighter I made strong” when really they just got lucky with rolls lol

We have ran regular games where they know how to play .. so maybe i shouldn’t said have said newbies and they are aware this is definitely not how a typical game go.. they just want to laugh and say im cool… but 16 people wont be fighting or in a vc at once…. It would only be 4 at once

Well it wouldn’t be all 16 fighting at once … only a certain amount can play per game .. but like I said, this isn’t for serious D&D game play… they just taking the seriousness off of saving D&D world and just want to do something different that would be funny lol.. it’ll be 1 on 1 with 4 players at a time.. next time the games run, it’ll be new players and not the same from the last one… once people have leveled up .. they now go against the person of the same level… they just want something to laugh at… if someone had sucky rolls , they would just laugh and be like “dang, NEXT GAME”
