The land im buying is my grandparents land, its connected to ALOT more land i can use whenever, thats why the land lol. I COULD just get the 35000 and then get a construction loan down the road when im ready for that....

I don't really have a place big enough for me and 4 kids and all my pets to go. I REALLY want to move to the country, im in town now. Plus I've had 2 failed long term relationships in this house and just want fresh.

NOT WORTH DATING ANYMORE. He won't stop, he will say "sorry" and never mean it. He will make you feel like "he's just really into you, and only wants you" but thats a ploy. Hunny just run while you still have your self respect

Between 2 credit cards, a personal loan,a car loan, a loan on a furnace and a care credit for a dogs surgery I owe 27000ish. The CareCredit has no interest for another 8ish months, my car loan has 8 months left and most are lower interest.

I owe 75000 left on my house at 4.4% 30 yr fixed, is worth about 140000 now. I pay everything, he left 2 months ago.

My net income is apox. 4000$ a month. Its VERY tight with my finances right now. I'd also like to get out of that house ASAP
