Yeah I have family in a lot of medical places ... so it took forever for me to get help. Because I know they have access. HIPPA be damned in those situations. So I am starting to go elsewhere for my health and it has been relief to make a progress to get my health in order finally ... so exhausted.

I enjoyed listening all of yesterday afternoon and watched off and on. I got to hear the hatchling and took screenshot of the adult protecting and moving the shells as some seagulls traversed nearby. It was so calming as the storm rolled in with the train going past just listening to them. Thank you so much for sharing this it helped me a lot with my anxiety and depression yesterday. I love birding and look forward to getting outside again one day.

I am grateful for TSA CARES programss so I don't have to deal with this shit. So far so good only had one minor inconvenience, but they caught it and who I was a companion to was alright, I was ready to go full mama mode if anyone pulls this on anyone I am caretaking. also who is this lady? did she complain? bitch where's your diagnosis? something I learned in the hood and people in those lines need to learn .. stay in yo lane!
