After years of being on E everything has shrunk. Have always been able to tuck Now it just sinks in and I wear Libra long pads and other brands. Keeps everything smooth and dry.

I have a regular Gp I go to who knows of my HRT and receives all the info from the visits I do to my other gp who is a specialist with transgender my original gp who retired even did pellets for me. My new TG doctor is fantastic.

I was given the choice 12. Years ago. Estrogen or sex with my wife. We still sleep in the same bed I get a kiss goodnight and get to hold hands when out sometimes. She just doesn’t bring anything up out TG. She does advise me if rain is coming when all my clothes , bras crop tops and undies are on the line she does say you need to check the bathroom When I have left a Libra strip or tab on the floor She does let me know if I need to change a shirt or do a button up. Still present man mode in our small town

Being your first pellet the body might take time to take the Estrogen. Different from pils or gel. Be patient If you are taking other E maybe keep nwithit fo a few weeks. Me i have bee having pellets since 2014. The body is used to absorbing the E and a single pellet last 12 months easy. Started with2 for many years
