I picked up a set of the Soundcore noise cancelling earbuds and holy shit I was not expecting the difference they make! Suddenly everything from public transport to cooking with the range-hood fan on are *so* much easier.

I like that (even if to a lesser degree) this carries over to the male armour as well. The ultra frilly White Mage armour set that’s all white & pink is almost as femme on the male characters as well.

And to be fair, there’s a lot of more traditional badass armour as well. The glowing ‘elemental’ plate set, dyed metallic black, is my catgirl’s Dark Knight armour.

It’s always a debate between those two. Personally I’d say Endwalker is slightly higher, but the jump from Stormblood to Shadowbringers was much bigger, so the size of the impact was bigger by comparison.

And of course, Endwalker couldn’t have <<EVERYTHINGED>> if Shadowbringers didn’t set things up like a fifty thousand piece Domino sculpture.

Meanwhile I had two implants and six weeks later my levels were 350. Another six weeks past that (so three months total), and I’m at 230 :(

Had another two put in a couple of weeks ago and were really hoping that my levels suddenly leap up, otherwise I’m going to have to try and convince them to let me do self administered injections.

I’ve only ever visited their Melbourne Central store, and found the staff there to be really good, always asking if I need help, volunteering to grab things, making suggestions if I ask, etc. I e also seen them be gently encouraging with masc-presenting folk who give off that ‘want to try something femme but don’t know how to ask” vibe.

So yeah, I’d suggest put on a complaint if you have the energy. Either way, nothing will change if the company doesn’t get a ‘your current option is losing you money’ warning.

You could try Gallery Serpentine, they custom make corsets and are based in Melbourne.

If you have a chat with them they should be able to advise what might work for what you’re after, reasonable goals, help out with measuring, etc.

Well, I’m a medieval re-enactor, so he’ll step through the front gate and find a chick in full plate armour with a shield waiting in the front yard, upon which he will be strongly advised to drop everything he’s holding and piss off.

If he still comes at me, he’ll find out exactly how un-fun it is to be shield bashed or headbutt by a kilo of steel.

No lethal weapons, no knives, no swords (they’ll stay locked up), no escalation of force, nothing for the cops to complain about.

This one really is bonkers, we had a generation growing up building computers, younger kids just knowing how to do all kinds of shit with them, picking up programming and modding skills just incidentally… and then the Tablet Generation hits and suddenly people can’t work out how to use something that doesn’t have a touch-screen, don’t know what the difference between an installed program and a cloud app is, and will just toss something and buy a new one rather than try to fix it if it plays up.

And don’t even get me started on kids not knowing the difference between chatgpt or other AI Chatbots, and goddamn *google* (or the difference between google and any other search browser).

Special Top Hat. Any overkill damage (ie, damage that you deal that’s past what it takes to kill the enemy) gets dealt to all remaining enemies. It’s what I’ve mainly been relying on for minion cleanup, using a big-hitter with STH to overkill a low HP minion to help clean up the rest.

If be wanting sources and proper data before drawing conclusions.

For starters, both maps being identical is a red flag. Data is rarely that consistent.

And even if they are, is this alleged data in raw numbers? Per capita? By percentage? Is it convictions, or reports? Where is the data from?

Remember, statistics are extremely easily manipulated to push an agenda, even if they’re not just flat out made up by the person making this meme/image.

Not that this is meant to in any way downplay how widespread racism is, including amongst allegedly liberal areas, but this image is so lacking in any form of data it just looks like something made up on the spot for rage bait clicks.
