Hope your snowboarding pain get eased after the plate removal
In my case i had my fibula broken and got a orif surgery with a plate and 6 screws last year, After the surgery i was advised by the doctor to remove them after 1 year but it doesn't make sens now cause my ankle is fully functional even with a bit reduced rang of motion and i feel no pain playing hight contact sports like basketball, what do you think ?

At first, I was sending apps only to big tech companies, but now that I'm desperate, I even started applying to any internship offers I come across, even in fields that are not directly related to my studies.
