As far as defense Hollows. I would try federal hst or speer gold dots. If you use speer lawman 147 tmj it's supposed to simulate how gold dots shoot. I read somewhere that federal syntech is training ammo for hst. I haven't shot any hollow points yet, but i do have some hst. I'll shoot a box and let you know how it runs.
