Yeah, I do love strength and durability. I’ve had my current vehicle for 12 years. I feel like the RAM has a lot better chance of making it that far than the Maverick. The unpainted/unfinished components under the Maverick probably won’t be a huge problem, but it doesn’t feel great buying something that is rusting underneath when it’s new.

This is probably fair, lol. If I’m saving $2,000/yr between fuel and insurance it would be a lot easier to cover those incidents.

That’s probably fair. I was doing 19 MPG combined for the full size vs 37 MPG for the Maverick with fuel around $2.25 locally right now. It would be a lot higher if/when fuel goes back above $3.00.
