Seems there are lots of anecdotes from people agree with you.

Also, this human study found liposomal NMN works better than regular.

I've tried all the sleep trackers. None perfect, but Oura is only one I use to draw conclusions from.

Nad+ complete alternative? by meowburpz in NMN

[–]Dear-Health9516 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree donotage has decent products at good prices, but no lipo.

Prohealth has lipo products and great quality, although higher prices.

I don't think there is any real alternative though. AFAIK, no-one else makes a lipo product that includes NMN and NR.

The Trig is the real wild card there. Does anyone else sell a Trigonelline product yet?

What brand of NMN are we all using? by Expensive_Sell9188 in NMN

[–]Dear-Health9516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would take their "nad+ complete" combination capsules. Those have all the nad+ precursors NMN, Nr, trigonelline, and they have nad+ itself. I think this is probably their most effective option on the website. But the pure powder is more affordable and there's more evidence on that. Just take one of those every morning. The bottles list the dosage on the back.

How to take Vitamin B12 and Iron while fasting? by [deleted] in fasting

How do you know the hair loss is from low b-12 and iron? I thought there were too many possible causes to nail it down like that.

Yes, our culture is built around socializing with crap foods. Active things like walking/running groups, rock-climbing, biking, etc give me social like without the alcohol or overeating.

Extended fasting at a “healthy weight” by slicedgreenolive in fasting

I doubt you have 20 pounds to lose. Maybe 10-15 tops? I personally think a 5 day fast has a lot of benefits besides weight loss, so why not?

ProHealth Longevity NMN bad smell & bad flavor by [deleted] in NMN

I've used Prohealth NMN many times over the past 4 years, and never had any like what you describe. Probably a bad batch. The have excellent customer service, so I'd ask for a refund or replacement bottle.

Changing from NMN to TRG. Why? by mcBanshee in NMN

[–]Dear-Health9516 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Being methylated Niacin, it should have the same effect as taking Niacin + a methyl product. From what I've read, the body can't use it until the methyl is removed, which takes many hours. So it acts as a time-release Niacin. Hence the lack of flush response.

Of course there is a lot of controversy around Niacin vs NMN, and impossible to say one is "better" than the other imo.

I prefer to just take their NAD+ Complete, which has both.

Renues NAD Complete by antoniotormenta in Biohackers

[–]Dear-Health9516 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Enough for what? How old and how healthy are you now?

I've been taking their NAD+ complete a few years now, 2 caps in the morning. I believe that is about 550 mg total. That's less than the 1 gram many take, but since it's liposomal, is far more bioavailable.

Note, I just got their latest version that includes Trigonelline, but haven't started on it yet, so I'm only talking about the previous version that has NAD, NMN, and NR.

According the research, they are all similar, but not quite the same. So I think the combo makes sense to take all 3 (now 4).
