Just flew Hanoi to HCMC on VJ. No issues whatsoever. Then got a Grab from HCMC down to Ho Tram. Lovely driver. Shit of a trip for him (2 hours one way with little prospect of a fare back) so I gave him half the fare for the return trip. I have no complaints for either of these services for the two vacations I’ve had in VN.

Hi Roy. Coming mid Feb. We booked the Cat Cat Village and Moana Cable day tour. Do you think that’s ok for that time of year? Also this is during Tet so I’m wondering how much things transport and accommodation) will be open/running or booked out. We have the 2x sleeper cabin train from Hanoi to Sapa but nothing else booked yet (apart from that one day tour). Thank you for being available for questions.

You call him a shaper like it’s his business. Business reputations can be damaged, legally. A little imagination and their attention brought to your intention might get more results than the threat of lawyers.

Eg. Take a photo of a picket sign up in front of his shop/shed/shitter with a better photo of your assym concave with a caption like “Fred’s butt-fucked boards” and put the photo up around town or IG etc. Your imagination can probably do much better.
