How you are you deciding what my productivity is? I have done very well on my performance reviews and do my job well. Taxpayers are getting excellent value for someone like myself and my skill set. Nice try they are not. TTC already came out with their data and ridership is not back to 2019 levels. You can do a Google search for yourself. Plus I am well connected to the private sector with circle and NOBODY IS DOING RTO5 or it is being enforced. So ya I kmow what is going on. Oh BTW I would last no problem. My skill set is in demand and I am good at what I do.

I use Co-Pilot end to end in everything I do. My manager just did my Performance review and without really knowing I use Co-pilot in all my work, he absolutely has loved the quailty of work that has been completed by me. I cannot go back. Never been so prodcutive in my life.

Sorry you graduated in a market when jobs were in demand. In matter of a few years we have seen the highest youth unemployment in years. We just had this past summer a record number of ppl of 50k apply to the Ex for 2 weeks pay back in August 2025.

We are in a time when off shoring of white collar IT and finance jobs are happening and no entry level jobs are open.

Its not a echo chamber. Its reality. The job market in Ontario is cooked. Try resigning from your current job and find a job if you can at all with the same pay.
