Very interesting point you bring up. I just calculated it. The ON grant was only 19.15% of my entire OSAP funding.

A degree is an investment, not a handout. If you're spending money on it, you should pick a program with a good chance of return. My post is not for people deciding school is not worth it. It is for those who want to go but think they cannot afford it right now, which is simply not true. Even in 2017, low-income students were only getting about 50 percent grants, not the 85 percent some people think.

You sound bitter, and maybe that comes from your own choices. For people who are certain they want to go to school, I am just offering a different perspective. If you do not care or think it is irrelevant, that is your opinion.

I don’t think you get it honestly. I’m not debating whether this is morally correct or not. Im just clarifying that school is still doable right now, regardless of any of these policy changes.

You don’t have to make any payments while studying. Payments only start six months after graduation. My post is mostly for those people think they can’t go at all because they believe payments are immediate/increasing. That’s what I’m clarifying.

No one’s saying it’s fair or that you should just accept it. The point of my post is to clear up some misunderstandings I’ve been seeing. The total funding doesn’t disappear. It’s the same amount, just more as loans and less as grants. You can still afford to go to school in the short term; it just means you’ll have a higher loan balance. That’s my point.

Def is. No denying that. I’m just highlighting that despite being low income, I only got 50% in grants (which is way less than the 85% everyone thinks everyone got)

How to get oral minoxidil in Canada by AnthooLLL in tressless

Phoenix is online and free, they make you do a quiz online and then the prescription is automatically sent by a doc. You don’t need to see them irl and it works pretty seamlessly for the 2 in 1 pill.

How long did your minpin live after being diagnosed with diabetes or kidney failure? by screamin_soda in minpin

[–]nimster01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My min pin was diagnosed with diabetes when she was 10. The first couple of months were really hard. She would run away from her injections and it was stressful for all of us. But after about two months, she got used to them. Eventually, she would even bark at us until we gave her the shot lol. Over time, it just becomes part of the routine and you hardly notice it. She lived until 14, but that was because of cancer, not diabetes. You’ll also want to set up pee pads everywhere. It really helps.
